A healthy lifestyle also reduces the end of life disability by approximately 2 years. So, it’s a healthy and better two years before one goes disabled. One can postpone both death/disability by living life in a healthier way.
To live a healthy life, choose always the healthier food and one really has to minimize the consumption of alcohol, sugar beverages, junk food, oil food and also stop smoking. Live healthy, live longer.

HOW BENEFICIAL IS ORGANIC FOOD FOR YOU AND THE ENVIRONMENT?
Eating healthy foods is one of the major aspects for a healthy lifestyle. Organic foods are comparatively healthier than the normal products. Difference lies in the growing methods, organic foods are grown using neutral pesticides which are relatively less harmful to the environment and proven to be healthier for consumption.
Experts say, organic farming methods can actually increase important nutrients in foods. You will become an environmentalist without having to show up for a protest.
Organically grown food is around 63 percent higher in calcium, 73 percent higher in iron and about 118 percent higher in magnesium.

Eating healthy is just not enough to be healthy. A proper reach out also keeps us healthy. Have a good friends and family circle. Loneliness causes inflammation and has similar damaging effects of cholesterol and even smoking
